The American Heart Association Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED course teaches you how to recognize and respond to common medical emergencies, provide first aid, perform high-quality CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
This course is ideal for teachers, childcare providers, coaches, workplace employees, caregivers, parents, and anyone who wants the confidence to step in when an emergency happens.
Training includes hands-on skills practice with an instructor so you don't just learn what to do—you actually practice doing it.

High-quality CPR for healthcare professionals and professional rescuers.
The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course focuses on the skills healthcare providers need to respond effectively to cardiac arrest and other life-threatening emergencies.
Training includes adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, airway and ventilation skills, team-based resuscitation, and recognition of cardiac arrest.
This course is appropriate for nurses, EMS professionals, physicians, dental professionals, healthcare students, and others who require an AHA BLS Provider certification.
Hands-on skills practice and testing are completed in person. AHA BLS Provider course completion card issued upon successful completion.

Advanced resuscitation training for healthcare professionals.
The American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course builds on BLS skills and focuses on the recognition and management of cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmias, stroke, acute coronary syndromes, and other cardiovascular emergencies.
Students work through realistic team-based scenarios emphasizing high-quality CPR, rhythm recognition, electrical therapy, medication administration, airway management, and effective resuscitation-team dynamics.
Designed for healthcare professionals who participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies.
Hands-on skills and scenario-based testing are completed in person. AHA ACLS Provider course completion card issued upon successful completion.
AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support
AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Advanced emergency care for infants and children.
The American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course prepares healthcare professionals to recognize and manage seriously ill or injured pediatric patients.
Training focuses on systematic pediatric assessment, respiratory emergencies, shock, cardiac arrest, rhythm disturbances, high-quality CPR, medications, electrical therapy, and effective pediatric resuscitation-team dynamics.
PALS is designed for healthcare professionals who respond to emergencies involving infants and children, including EMS professionals, nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, and other advanced healthcare providers.
Hands-on skills and scenario-based testing are completed in person. AHA PALS Provider course completion card issued upon successful completion.

About Us
Group & On-Site Training
Need training for your entire team? We offer private and group AHA training for healthcare facilities, EMS agencies, dental offices, schools, childcare centers, businesses, and other organizations.
BLS, Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED, ACLS, and PALS training can be arranged for groups. On-site training may also be available depending on location, class size, and course requirements.

The Details
Before Your Class
Please arrive on time and wear comfortable clothing suitable for hands-on CPR practice.
Students registered for a renewal course should bring their current AHA provider card. ACLS and PALS students must complete any required pre-course work before attending class and bring proof of completion when required.
Course requirements must be successfully completed before an AHA course completion card can be issued.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
Because class sizes are limited and instructor time and equipment are reserved specifically for each class, registration fees are non-refundable.
Registrations may be transferred to another available class when adequate notice is provided. No-shows and late cancellations may require a new registration and payment.
Please arrive before the scheduled start time. Students arriving late enough to miss required course content or skills instruction may need to reschedule.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these American Heart Association courses?
Yes. Our listed AHA courses follow American Heart Association course requirements and include the required hands-on skills and testing.
How long is my AHA certification valid?
AHA course completion cards for these courses are generally valid for two years.
When will I receive my card?
Eligible students receive an electronic AHA course completion card after successfully completing all course requirements and processing is completed.
Can I take a renewal course if my card has expired?
Renewal registration is intended for students with a current provider card. If your certification has expired, register for the full provider course.
What's the difference between HeartCode and a regular class?
HeartCode uses a blended-learning format. You complete the cognitive portion online through the American Heart Association and then complete a separate hands-on skills session. A traditional instructor-led course completes the required instruction and hands-on training in person.
What should I bring?
Bring a current provider card when attending a renewal course and any required pre-course or HeartCode completion certificates. Comfortable clothing is recommended because you will be practicing hands-on skills.
Can you train our staff at our location?
Yes, group and on-site training may be available. Contact us with the course you need, approximate number of students, and your location for scheduling and pricing.
